The people who are Serino Channel Services
Serino Channel Services is a collaboration of a group of channels management
professionals that began in 1993. While the corporate structure has
changed, our mutual cooperation and single-minded dedication to the
channel has not.
Anthony Serino
is president and founder of Serino Channel Services. Service providers and
high tech vendors needing to build channel businesses will benefit from
Tony Serino’s strategic perspective, tactical execution skills,
contacts, and extremely deep first-hand understanding of the people and
companies that comprise the high tech sales channel.
His accomplishments and successes in channel-specific business roles and
channel-development business initiatives provide testament … as do the
statements made by clients as quoted within this website. 
Robert Schuldenfrei, Consultant in the
Management Sciences, joined the staff of Serino & Associates. Mr.
Schuldenfrei brings over thirty years of experience working with
companies small as the shop on Main Street to as large as the Fortune
100 organizations. 
Jim Wittry
is a results-driven, innovative Senior
Manager with extensive experience in driving business within the high
technology industry.
His specialties include technology hardware and software sales and
business development, Internet e-tailing and B to B sales, Financing to
the Solutions Provider Market. He is Managing Director of Technology
Channel Strategies and serves as Treasurer on the *COMPTIA Board of
Directors.

Michael Fizz
is a Senior Advisor at FCI, a company providing system integration and
strategy consulting services. Mr. Fizz specializes in monitoring and
predicting industry trends coupled with quantitative and qualitative
reviews of technology vendors, and provides cumulative quarter by
quarter Enterprise IT spending trends and outlooks specific to the
clients’ needs.

Donna Orth
is a consultant with Serino Channel Services.
Hank Haddad
is the founder of VARometer®, a research company that focuses on
computer solution providers, and best known for its Solution Provider
Business Models reports. Reseller Management magazine

Lisa Coe
as creative director and designer knows how to make both clients and

Kim Proctor
is an internet marketing expert, social media authority, and customer
relationship consultant. Her specialties include growing sales and

Tony Palazzolo is a
