Tony Palazzolo is a telecommunications channel expert.  He comes to Serino Channel Services from XO Communications.  He lends his expertise in business development and management in the channel as it relates to the telecommunications industry.

He has been on both sides of the channel experience developing and implementing strategies for telecommunications companies as well as creating and managing the relationships with network service providers as part of a business partner’s plan. His expertise is vast with both domestic and international exposure; his reputation is held in high regard.

Tony’s strengths include identifying and leveraging the strengths of prospective business partners, Valued Added Distributors, Solution Providers, VARs, System Integrators, vendors, and Consulting Companies. He strategically understands how to integrate the business. He tactically understands and will implement, or oversee the implementation of, the needed actions of the key stakeholders of all companies bringing the telecommunication solution to market.

Telecommunication solutions delivered in partnership with carriers, vendors, and channels generate a new, long-term revenue stream for all companies involved.  AND they provide the critical missing piece so desperately needed by many end customer clients.  That is a Solution To Their Business Needs. Research confirms, that as opposed to a bundle of “component parts that they must assemble into a telecommunications solution,” end customers’ needs and their IT budgets are tied together.
